These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OM Celebration website and the purchase of any product from us. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products

All our kimonos and eyewear are handmade, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited runs. Slight variations in colour, pattern and finish are a normal part of a handmade product and are not defects.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include 21% VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout: Spain €4.90, rest of Europe €12.90. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you confirm your order is the price you pay.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the listing contains an obvious error) and will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship to the European Union countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits that right.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (photography, text, logos, designs) belongs to OM Celebration or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
