Where we ship

We ship to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs

Spain: €4.90. Rest of Europe: €12.90. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay and include VAT.

Processing time

Every piece is handmade and often made to order. Orders are prepared within 2-5 business days. One-of-a-kind items are shipped as soon as they pass final checks.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are: Spain 2-5 business days; rest of Europe 4-10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries during festival season and holidays may take longer.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where tracking is available for your destination, the tracking number is included in that email.

Customs and duties

Orders are shipped within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges apply between EU member states.

Risk

Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days at iohmcelebration@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
