Who we are

What we collect
Contact details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address.
Transaction details: what you buy, order history, returns and refunds.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details, never your full card number.
Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email or newsletter signup.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your order, and handle returns (this is necessary to perform our contract with you).
To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting and consumer law.
To send marketing email where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
To measure and improve our website and advertising performance, based on our legitimate interest in running an effective shop.
Who we share it with
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd — payment processing.
Netlify — hosting of this website. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Meta (Facebook) — the Meta Pixel on this site measures visits and conversions and helps us show relevant advertising. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are only set after you consent.
Postal carriers — to deliver your order.
Authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies so that the shop, cart and checkout work. Analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, are only set where required and, where applicable, after you give consent.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for the period required by Dutch tax law, which is 7 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To do so, email iohmcelebration@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
International transfers
Some of our processors, including Netlify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
